CRITIQUE OF THE LABORATORY SOCIAL -PSYCHOLOGICAL EXPERIMENT
<\/strong>
Abstract<\/strong>. The present paper represents the critical development of the basic limits of the laboratory social-psychological experiment. It reveals the demand of the unique status of the experimental method as a means of securing success in the contemporary social-psychological research. There is important data, which – in one hand – emphasize on the fact that the experimental method leads to unacceptable neglecting of the traditional research methods, and, in general, of the social-psychological knowledge. A possible solution to that problem is offered by \u201eThe Critical Social Psychology\u201c, which gives priority to the qualitative research methods.<\/p>\n

TRANSFER OF GOOD PRACTICES FOR VOCATIONAL EDUCATION FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IN DISADVANTAGE IN BULGARIA<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abstract.<\/strong> The activities, held according to the project, are focused on the systems for vocational education and training (VET) in Bulgaria and Germany, aiming to research the practice in this field and to show examples of successfull and effective initiatives in the field of vocational education, addressing a group of young people in disadvantage and expert-teachers.The project\u2019s activities were designed so that after analyzing and comparing the legislative settings for VET in Bulgaria and Germany, the place, the roles and the approaches for providing VET at the relevant institutions, research and analysis of the applied approaches for identifying the needs for education for young people in disadvantage, and the methods for elaboration of programs for VET for that target group in both countries in order to be able to identify good practices in the field of VET, which could be transferred to Bulgaria. After analyzing multiple practices for vocational education for young people in disadvantage in Germany, and after having discussion with representatives of the target groups during workshops, organized during the the project, seven good practices were chosen, which are explained below, and include innovative approaches for education which could be adapted for application in the system of VET in Bulgaria. The current article is developed with regard to the implementation of \u201eInnovative approaches for identifying and responding to vocational education and training needs of disadvantaged youth\u201c project, contract number BG051PO001-7.0.01-0014-C001, implemented with the financial support of the Human Resources Development Operational Programme 2007\u20132013, co-financed by the European Social Fund of the European Union.<\/p>\n
