SOCIAL INTELLIGENCE AS A MEASUREMENT OF THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE MODERN EDUCATIONAL MANAGER<\/p>\n

Abstract. The paper deals with the problem of social intelligence as a\u00a0measurement of the professional competence and personal effectiveness of the\u00a0modern educational manager. We have tried to elucidate the content and functional\u00a0characteristics of the profession of the educational institution leader. We accentuate\u00a0on professional roles, professional competences, professional and personal\u00a0qualities of the pedagogical leader and manager, which are connected with social\u00a0intelligence.<\/p>\n

Abstract.<\/strong> The idea that art and education together through experimentation and\u00a0<\/span>application of artistic practices can lead to the transformation of the social space is the thesis inferred in this paper. The idea of the relationship between art and its impact on social and experimental work is analyzed as a relationship that involves creating situations that make the transfer of knowledge and exchange of experience not only more relaxed and easier but with the help of artistic creation and interaction between artistic experience, technology and media it contributes to the involvement in the communication and stimulation of social dynamics in the relationships.<\/p>\n
