Absract. This article attempts to present the forecasts for the development of education and its peculiarities in the 21st century. On the basis of the current state of education, some more important trends related to the peculiarities and characteristics of the education of the future are hypothetically presented. Possible solutions are presented in the context of the unpredictable future educational reality. Modern education does not need reform, it needs revolutionary change. The new architecture of education does not stem from the past, but requires unconventional solutions in the light of an uncertain and unpredictable future educational reality.
