The appearance of a new scientific edition is always an event for the readership, but the event is even more significant when it comes to the Bulgarian translation of books that have long been well-known and used in the original by tens (and perhaps hundreds) of those tempted by the historical knowledge about the Balkans in the 19th century. In this case, we are talking about the books of the Frenchman Dr. Ami Boué
